Initial Design Selection
Step 1: Choose Your Design

Browse our collection of pre-made designs on our website. Take your time to select a design that resonates with your style and wedding theme.

Placing Your Order
Step 2: Order Request Form

Once you’ve selected your design, complete the order request form on our website. Here, you can specify any customisations such as colour changes, wording and quantities. 

Order Confirmation and Payment

Timeline: 1 week

Confirmaton
Step 3: Order Confirmation & Invoice

We’ll review your order request and confirm the details of your chosen design and customisations. We will then send you a contract and an invoice. A deposit of 50% is required to start the customisation process.

Design Customisation
Step 4: Customising Your Design

Our design team will begin customising your selected template based on your specifications.

Timeline

This process typically takes about 2 weeks.

Proofing
Step 5: Digital Proofs & Revisions

You’ll receive digital proofs of your customised design. We offer up to two rounds of minor revisions to ensure everything is just right.

Approval
Step 6: Final Approval

Once you’re satisfied with the design, we’ll ask for your final approval and the remaining balance of the payment.

Production
Step 7: Printing & Production

With your final approval, we move your design into production.

Timeline

This stage usually takes 3 weeks, depending on the complexity and quantity.

Pre-Delivery
Step 8: Quality Check & Dispatch

After production, we conduct a thorough quality check and prepare your order for dispatch.

Delivery
Step 9: Shipping & Delivery

Your wedding stationery will be shipped to your specified address. We’ll provide tracking details for your convenience.

Post-Delivery

Timeline: 1 week

Feedback
Step 10: Follow-Up

After delivery, we’ll follow up to ensure you’ve received your stationery and that it meets your expectations.
