Schedule a virtual consultation to discuss your vision, preferences, and requirements. This is a great opportunity to share inspirations, themes, and any cultural elements you want to include.

Based on our consultation, we’ll create a design proposal and provide you with a detailed quote. This should take about a week from the consultation date.

Once you approve the proposal, we require you to sign a contract and ask for a deposit to commence the design work. This is 50% of the total quote.

We will create initial drafts for your review. This process can take 2-3 weeks, depending on the complexity of your design.

You’ll have the opportunity to review the drafts and provide feedback. We include up to three rounds of revisions to ensure everything is perfect.

Once you’re completely happy with the design, we’ll ask for your final approval and the remaining balance of the payment.

With your final approval, we move your design into production. Printing and assembling your stationery can take 4-6 weeks, depending on the order size and intricacies of the design.

After production, every piece goes through a quality check. We then carefully package your stationery for dispatch.

Your wedding stationery will be shipped to you. Delivery times vary depending on your location. We’ll provide you with tracking details so you can anticipate its arrival.

We’ll follow up with you to ensure your stationery has arrived in perfect condition and meets your expectations.
