Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Amara for your special day. We understand that planning a wedding can be complex and sometimes changes are unavoidable. Our refund and cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent.

1. Custom and Pre-Made Orders:

• Cancellation Before Work Begins: If you need to cancel your order before we have started working on it, we will provide a full refund. Please note that work begins immediately upon the finalisation of your order details, signing of the contract and initial payment.
• Cancellation After Work Begins: Once design work has commenced, we are unable to offer a full refund due to the custom nature of our products. If you need to cancel your order after design work has started, we will retain a portion of your payment to cover the costs incurred. This amount will be determined based on the stage of completion.
• Refunds for Faulty Products: In the unlikely event that your stationery arrives damaged or with a printing error, please contact us within one week of receiving your order. We will work with you to rectify the issue, which may include reprinting your stationery or offering a partial or full refund.

2. Deposits:

• All orders require a 50% deposit to commence work. Deposits are non-refundable once design work has begun.

3. Final Payment:

• Final payment is due before printing and shipping. Once final payment is made, the order cannot be cancelled.

4. Changes to Orders:

• We understand that sometimes changes are needed. We will accommodate up to three order changes before the final approval of the design and signing of the contract. Beyond this point, we may be unable to make changes, or additional charges may apply.

6. Delivery and Shipping:

• We are not responsible for delays or damage caused by shipping carriers. However, we will assist in resolving any shipping issues to the best of our ability.
